Kenneth J. Gralak is in charge of the Schulman Lobel quality control function. He is an accomplished quality control professional with over 25 years of successful experience providing quality audit services to both for-profit (including SEC) and to not-for-profit organizations. Kenneth is a trusted advisor who creates a positive environment enabling personal and professional growth. He is a member and of the Accountants Club of America and a past member of the Board of Governors, a membership organization that fosters the exchange of ideas to enhance the development and growth of the profession. He is also a member of the New York Reviewers Group, a group that meets to share and enhance the knowledge and skills of Quality Control Professionals.

Prior to joining Schulman Lobel, Kenneth spent many years with small and medium sized accounting firms providing assurance, tax, transaction support and advisory services to Fortune 1000 companies, entrepreneurial enterprises, financial service firms, not-for-profit organizations, OMB A-133, government entities, employee benefit organizations and to high net-worth individuals. He was responsible for performing financial audits, organizational and program audits in addition to reviewing indirect cost rates and reviewing public and private federal and state tax filings.

Kenneth is a past member of the Adjunct Faculty at Mercy College and a member of the Not-for-Profit Resource Group of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. He is also on the Board of Directors and Finance and Executive committee member of Visions, Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired and is a member of Lions Club International.

As a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant, Kenneth has been affiliated with the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (serving as Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee and as a member of the Not-for-Profit Organizations Committee). He is also a past member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kenneth has a Bachelor of Science in Social Services and a Master ‘s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
