Steven Poliseo, CPA is a partner at Schulman Lobel LLP. He has over 15 years of diverse experience providing tax, accounting, auditing and related consulting services to privately-held businesses, their stakeholders, and high net worth individuals.
Steven’s approach goes beyond that of customary accounting and tax functions by providing creative solutions to complex business and personal financial and tax issues. With a background that extends across many industries, including years as CFO/COO of a regional distribution company, Steven’s broad range of experience serves as an invaluable resource to the firm’s clients. Steven also works with many multi-generational family-owned businesses, assisting them with financial and tax planning for new ventures, continuing operations and next-generation succession planning.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the College of New Jersey.
He holds his CPA license in New Jersey.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AIPCA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the Advisory Council for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
Steve formerly served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Center for Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Scotch Plains, NJ and Elizabeth, NJ. He is a former Board Member and the former Vice President of Finance for the Scotch Plains Fanwood Soccer Association.
