Rene Verghese is the Partner In Charge (PIC) of the New Jersey office. She began her career over 20 years ago as a cost accountant overseas. Upon moving to the United States she continued to pursue her goals as a technician in tax for individuals, partnerships and corporations. She joined the firm in 2006 as a tax senior and has worked tirelessly since then in pursuit of providing quality service to her clients. Rene’s approach to servicing clients includes an intimate knowledge of the client’s needs in addition to maintaining a close relationship with CFO’s and controllers.

Education & Licenses

Rene received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stella Maris College and a Masters of Business Administration.

She holds her CPA License in New Jersey. In addition, she was licensed as a Cost and Works Accountant while living in India.
